Challenge complete!!! YEAH!!

As I've indicated before our Scrapbooking Yahoo group is focused on several challenges this year that will help us purge and organize our scrapbook rooms. One of the challenges called for us to cut, treat and store our unmounted rubber stamps. I am happy to report that I have officially completed that task. YEAH!

The picture above shows you how I use to store my UMs. As you can see, most of my UMs were uncut and stored away in a drawer. On occasion when I needed a stamp I would cut the stamp I needed from the sheet & store it in a small Ziploc bag. The drawer was full of either UM sheets or small Ziploc bags. Either way that was not a good way to organize my stamps.

Look at my after picture. Isn't this just gorgeous?!! The UMs have been cut, treated and stored in CDs. The CDs cases are organized in a wood storage container I purchased at Ikea. So not only are the UMs nicely organized but they are easily accessible. I am just delighted.

Gasp! How great is this!? You've gained momentum! I'm very inspired - but then again, I always am at what you do!

How did you make the labels for these cd holders? I used my dymo label maker but they are too big so I was just wondering :) Thanks hon!

I just used paper. I cut a little strip to size and wrote the name of the stamp set. I was going to type it but got lazy. :-)
