Instead of unpacking and cleaning up my room I spent a few hours today with friends making these Tim Holtz's inspired pieces. We improvised a bit with the supplies but I think the end result is great! My favorite piece, much to my surprise, is the floral bookplate. On my own I would have bought the bookplates but I would have never purchased the metal flowers. Yet when I see them together I think it's very elegant and would make a wonderful embellishment on the front cover of a scrapbook album. I had a lot of fun creating these beauties. I can't wait to create a few more of them soon.
