Organize your scrapbook room challenge
I've spearheaded an effort on two groups to organize our sb rooms. We are taking one challenge every two weeks. We are tackling one section of our sb rooms at a time so that the overall task is not overwhelming. The point of the challenge is to share organizational ideas and then implement an idea that works best for the individual's style.
This weeks challenge . . . storing UMs. As you can see from this picture, I love buying UMs. I just hate cutting the rubber. Since I had not decided on a system for storage the rubber sheets just kept mounting in a pile . . . neatly tucked away in a drawer. It's sad because I almost always use stamps on my LOs.
So this week I am going to brush some Aleenes Tack it All Over adhesive and start cutting the stamps. I am going to try storing the stamps in CDs since they take up less real estate. Tune in next time . . . same bat day . . . same bat channel. :-)
I would love to hear from you about your own storage system for unmounted rubber stamps.

I stopped storing my UM in CD cases due to the high acidity in the plastic. My UM are all on Static Cling Foam and after time the CD cases would make the Cling foam not stick. Now I store all of my UM on Storage Sheets from Alluring Impressions in 3 ring binders, they work so nicely and it is great to have them all in one place!
Hahaha - I am the person that cuts your UMs. You can give them to me and I will cut them for you will I watch TV
Posting response here since I had no email to use for follow-up comment.
Caraquena that you lived nearby! LOL.
Anonymous. I will look into the acidity issue of the CD cases before committing to it as a storage system. Thanks for the heads-up.
Yoli
I also used the CD cases for about 5 years and have no problem with them but now I'm using some panels that we carry on the catalog too because I have no more room for CD's!! lol!
Love,
Diana
