Alice is everywhere . . . in magazines . . . in scrapbook stores . . . at the movie theater . . . and even featured in a few blogs. So I was not surprised when I caught the Alice in Wonderland bug. Inspired by Rinda's artwork and a card by Carol Myrick, which is featured in the March/April issue of Somerset Studio, I created this little banner.
The banner was made almost entirely out of scrap paper! I also used pop-dots, ribbon, bling and watercolor pencils to give the piece depth and dimension. Unfortunately it's a little difficult to see the dimension by just looking at the photos. It was fun and easy project to make though.
Supplies:
*rabbit image from TJ designs
*ephemera (Ayer's American Almanac) from 7 Gypsies
*ribbon from SU
*keyhole from Melissa Frances
Thanks for stopping by.

ps/You are not seeing things. The keyhole was added after the first 2 photos were taken. After reviewing the photos I decided the banner 'needed' a keyhole. What's Alice in Wonderland without a keyhole featured somewhere. :-)
